Kiva Club at Vistancia

Consistently smooth deliveries here. Clear security/gate check, easy directions to the Kiva Club ballroom loading area, and plenty of space to stage carts. Event staff are professional—quick to confirm timelines, table placements, and refrigeration needs for delicate stems. Elevators/doorways are wide, floors are level, and the ballroom has convenient water access for last-minute vase top-offs. Parking is close, turnarounds are simple, and communication is A+. Beautiful venue, organized team—great partner for on-time, picture-perfect floral setups.

Great amenity that promotes an active and healthy lifestyle. Looks like a beautiful spot for a wedding too. The club has pickleball and tennis courts, spa, pool, fitness centers, social areas and more! Food is good and plenty of alcohol selection

What a lovely venue! Beautiful views and the staff was refreshingly hospitable. Our meal was presented and served by a team of very friendly and caring professionals. I was very happy with our entire visit to the Kiva Club at Vistancia!!

Great clubhouse for weddings, but need to relax the mask 😷 mandates. I'll change the review once they do. If the state and fed government has no requirements for outdoor masks, businesses should not be able to do whatever they want.
